Zuzani Group (PTY) LTD is a proudly 100% black female-owned BBBEE Level 1 company with a rich history of excellence. Established in 2003 as Dikela Training & Consultancy and rebranded in 2014, we have grown into a trusted provider of tailored solutions across translation, mentoring, skills development, and catering. Guided by our core values of integrity, empowerment, and people-centredness, we are committed to adding value to every client we serve.

Nwabisa Zantsi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zuzani Group, where she combines a strong academic foundation with a passion for impactful communication and community development.

She holds an Honours degree in Political Communication and Media Studies from the University of Cape Town and has built her career on fostering meaningful engagement through strategic communication. Her experience as a Communication Officer has sharpened her ability to craft narratives that bridge policy, community needs, and organizational impact.

Nwabisa is also the creative mind behind Ziwelene Weddings and Celebrations, an online magazine that boldly celebrated Black love and African traditional weddings—at a time when these stories were not yet widely recognized or celebrated in mainstream media.
